Stroppiana

Dario Stroppiana is an emerging, top quality producer from the La Morra area of the Barolo region.The vineyard is a family run enterprise by both Dario and his wife Stefania. A small planting of just 4.5 hectares of vines is cultivated and the annual production totals 25,000 bottles. We first tried these wines in 2011 and were impressed by the quality and value. They are perhaps a little easier to drink than most Barolos at a young age but still offer great potential for extended ageing.
